High five for me for practicality! This outfit doesn't get any more easy. This dress is one of those things you'll wear a million times. It's so comfortable I'll probably end up sleeping in it, too. With Summer travel on my mind, I kept it super casual with these statement slide sandals that would be perfect for walking around in all day. I love the little metallic detail! I also love all the colors in them because they match SO much in my closet. This backpack is by far my new favorite bag! The best part is that you can convert it to a cross body or carry it just by the top handle. A while back a girlfriend asked me to do a post on backpacks or alternative handbags, so today I'll be sharing all my favorite backpacks. Not only do they help keep your outfit casual, but they are so on trend and easy. Scroll to the bottom of the post to shop my top twenty backpack picks for Summer!
If you'd prefer to dress up this t-shirt dress, you could ditch this bag as a backpack and wear it with the top handle or even switch to a clutch. This bag comes in a clutch version I've been crushing on! You can also throw on some wedges or even a stiletto and a blazer. This is one of the many reasons I love easy pieces like this because the possibilities seem endless!

As promised, I've rounded up my top backpack picks. Some of these are best for traveling around, but truly any of them are perfect with casual outfits. If you're wanting one that makes a good investment, I'd go with the convertible ones, because its sort of getting three bags in one and even if backpacks drift out of style, you can still use it as a crossbody or a top handle. I love being able to switch it from day to night that way, too! The ones I've picked are in a wide variety of styles and price ranges, but I wanted to be sure to include something for everyone.

Yesterday I made what will hopefully be my final mall run (haha I'm laughing at my wishful thinking) before we leave for our wedding on Sunday. I made a big Sephora run to get a new foundation and the right color for my current skin tone after having layed out quite a few days here and there. I ended up with Dior Airflash and love the way it looked. I also got a new moisturizer, a hydrating face mask to try the days leading up to our wedding day, and a new bronzer. I'll be doing a full post (and maybe even a video tutorial) on my wedding makeup so stay tuned. Now, I just have to decide on the perfect lip shade! I made a few exchanges on some clothing items I'm bringing for our honeymoon and also a big trip to The Container Store. I am a 'carry on only' type whenever possible, but its just not realistic for this trip, even for our honeymoon. For the ease of putting everything for our honeymoon in one bag, I thought it'd be easiest to use some packing cubes to organize it all by destination. I bought a few of those to try (stay tuned for a post on packing organization and travel essentials), a travel steamer, and a travel LED mirror for my makeup. We worked on a few other things for our wedding that evening and I placed a few last minute online orders!
Today is my last day in my twenties! I have a fun birthday post coming your way on Wednesday instead of my typical #WeddingWednesday post, so be sure to come back and check it out. XO
